WHAT DO I RECEIVE WHEN I Join?

You’ll receive my 5-day meal plan with 20+ recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and everything in between. You’ll also receive a convenient shopping list and daily nutrition tips.

WHEN DOES THE CHALLENGE START? CAN I JOIN ANY TIME?

The challenge kicks off on the 18th of July 2022. We invite everyone to start on the same day so you can become part of something bigger than just your own personal goal and enjoy the support of the whole community. Of course, you can still join after the challenge starts and just pick it up where you feel like. 

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT TO COOK AND WHEN?

The meal plan will tell you which recipes to cook each day. To make things super easy, each recipe comes with a photo and step-by-step instructions.
