Vegan Peanut Butter Porridge

This simple vegan peanut butter porridge is a must-have for an easy and satisfying breakfast. We love to top it with banana, walnuts and cacao powder for that sweet touch in the morning. Get creative and mix things up with the porridge toppings and use your favourite fruits and nuts.


Total cooking time: 10 minutes | Serves: 1 | Easy

  • 40g porridge oats
  • 250ml almond milk
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cacao powder
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 3-4 walnuts, chopped
  • A few cacao nibs (optional)


  1. Put the oats, milk, peanut butter, maple syrup, brown sugar and cacao powder in a saucepan and bring to a gentle simmer. Cook for 8 minutes, stirring often.
  2. If you want to thin the porridge, add a little bit more milk towards the end and give it a good stir.
  3. Serve with banana, walnuts and cocoa nibs (optional).
