2020, what a year! Well, this year is (finally) coming to an end and we want to make it as easy as possible to celebrate the last day of the year with some delicious vegan New Year’s Eve recipes.
New Year’s Eve will certainly look different this year. Instead of going out for a fancy meal or rushing from one party to the next, most of us are probably going to ring in the New Year at home. And even though we might be missing out on fireworks and late-night debauchery, we’re personally super excited to spend NYE a little differently this year. Don’t get us wrong – we don’t want to over-complicate things on this last day of the year! But in our opinion, there’s nothing better than a lovely homemade dinner with a festive touch.
To make things easy, we created three 3-course plant-based menus consisting of some incredibly delicious vegan New Year’s Eve recipes so you can end 2020 with a (culinary) bang! And if you’re more into finger food and snack vibes, we’ve also got some suggestions on easy vegan party food.
